Procurement and installation of 120-ton package HVAC units for a Southwest Gas facility. Project required heavy equipment coordination, structural planning, and scheduling around the client's active operations.
Supply and installation of 50-ton air rotation units for an industrial facility. Work included equipment coordination, structural planning, and scheduling around the client's active operations.
Inherited a failed VRF installation left incomplete by a previous contractor. Diagnosed equipment and controls issues, coordinated directly with the manufacturer, and brought the system to full operation without replacing existing equipment - saving the client significant cost.
HVAC installation and replacement across multiple charter school campuses in the Las Vegas Valley. Work included rooftop unit replacements, ductwork, and coordination with school schedules to minimize disruption to classes.
