About No Sweat Mechanical

Founded in 2010 by Dan and Sandy Wilson, No Sweat Mechanical has built its reputation in the Las Vegas Valley on one thing: showing up, doing the work right, and standing behind it.

Who We Are

A Mechanical Contractor Built for Commercial Work

No Sweat Mechanical, LLC was founded in June 2010 by Dan and Sandy Wilson, built on a shared belief that the mechanical contracting industry needed a better kind of company - one that was honest about costs, accountable on timelines, and serious about the business side from day one.

Dan brought the technical foundation: a background in mechanical drafting, system design, and field installation, and a clear picture of the kind of shop he'd always wanted to work for - technically sound, accountable in the field, and straight with people about what a job costs and how long it takes. Sandy brought the operational backbone: contracts, licensing, payroll, and client relations - the infrastructure that turns a good tradesman into a real company.

Together, they built the shop they always wanted to work for and the company they knew was possible to run right. What started as a small operation run from a spare bedroom in their home has grown into a full commercial mechanical contractor serving general contractors and building owners throughout Southern Nevada - with capabilities across new construction, design-build, service, and maintenance. The majority of our field work is performed by our own crew. Where we bring in subcontractors, we select them carefully and hold them to the same standards we hold ourselves.

Residential HVAC services are available through No Sweat AC, our residential division serving homeowners throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Founders

Dan & Sandy Wilson

Co-Founders, No Sweat Mechanical
Dan and Sandy Wilson, Co-Founders of No Sweat Mechanical

Dan and Sandy Wilson founded No Sweat Mechanical together in June 2010 with a clear idea of the kind of company they wanted to build - technically excellent, honest about costs, and run with the same discipline and accountability the work demands.

Dan leads estimating, project management, and shop operations. His background in mechanical drafting and system design means he can read a set of plans, price a job accurately, and stay involved in the technical decisions that determine whether a project goes well or goes sideways.

Sandy leads the business operations - contracts, licensing, compliance, HR, finance, vendor relations, and client management. She built the infrastructure that turned a two-person startup into a full commercial mechanical contractor.

Together they oversee the company's direction as a team. Larger decisions - strategic, operational, or financial - are made jointly. That structure hasn't changed since they started the company, and it's a big part of why NSM runs the way it does.

How We Work

How We Work

A few things that describe how we actually run jobs - not a values statement, just how we're wired.

We read the plans

The whole team understands how to read a set of drawings. When something in the field doesn't match the design, we catch it early and bring it to the engineer - not at the end of the job.

Accountable field work

Our field crews perform the majority of our work directly. When subcontractors are part of the job, we manage them the same way we manage our own people - same expectations, same accountability, same commitment to the schedule.

We say what things cost

We give honest numbers up front. Change orders happen on every job - we document them clearly and present them early. No one likes surprises at substantial completion.

We service what we install

Our maintenance division handles ongoing service for systems we've put in. If something goes sideways with equipment we installed, we're not going to point at the manufacturer and walk away.

What We Value

What We Value

We work closely with contractors, owners, and other trades to keep projects moving and solve problems as they come up.
