Service & Maintenance

Preventive maintenance and on-call repair service for commercial HVAC systems. We schedule around your facility, your equipment, and how you operate.

Our Approach

Maintenance That Matches Your Operation

No Sweat Mechanical's service division provides preventive maintenance and on-call repair for commercial HVAC systems of all types and vintages. We handle everything from a single rooftop unit on a small retail space to large commercial campuses with dozens of pieces of equipment.

Each maintenance program starts with an equipment inventory and site assessment. From there, we put together a schedule that makes sense for your facility - not a generic template. Standard commercial is typically four times a year. Specialty businesses often need contracts customized to their needs - whether that means more visits throughout the year or higher-MERV-rated filters. We have you covered whether you run a bar or an operating room, and we'll tailor a maintenance contract to fit how you operate.

Repairs & Service Calls

In addition to scheduled maintenance, No Sweat Mechanical handles on-call repair for commercial HVAC equipment failures. We serve both our maintenance clients and new customers - contact us to discuss your facility’s needs and get on our service schedule.

Our technicians are not commission-based. When we send someone to your facility, their job is to diagnose and fix the problem - not to sell you equipment. You get an honest assessment and a straight answer about what the repair requires.

Our trucks are stocked with parts for the most common commercial rooftop unit, split system, and packaged equipment failures. Most standard service calls get resolved on the first visit.

We build maintenance programs around each facility after an on-site equipment inventory. Pricing and visit frequency are determined based on your specific equipment and operational requirements - not a one-size-fits-all package. Contact us to set up a site visit.
